Who is responsible
The data controller for this site has not been published yet. Until it is, please do not submit personal data through the forms on this site.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form. For the report that is your email address. For the checklist it is your name, email, company and role. For the calculator it is your email, company and the figures you entered. We also record which page you came from and any campaign tag in the link, so we know which piece of writing sent you.
Why we collect it
To send you the thing you asked for, and to send you the newsletter if you asked for that. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Where it goes
Your details are emailed to our editorial team and stored in our customer relationship system, which is HubSpot. HubSpot processes data in the EU and the United States under standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or after three years without any interaction from you, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. For anything else, write to privacy@workplaceinsider.eu and we will action it within thirty days. If you are not happy with how we handle it you can complain to your national data protection authority.
Cookies
This site sets one local preference to remember whether you chose the light or dark theme. It is not a tracking cookie and it never leaves your browser.
